Return Policy:

We want you to love your lace. Please notify us by email or phone within 20 days of receiving your order. We offer a money back guarantee for merchandise unless it is custom or cut to fit in anyway. There may be re-stocking fees if the lace and packaging is not in the same condition.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Google Checkout - both US and International.
We accept personal checks and money orders from the US only. Checks may delay your order.
Your order is charged at the time you place your order.

Shipping Policy:

We offer UPS and USPS ground.
If your order is time-sensitive, please email or phone us with the date you need to receive your order. Additional fees may or may not apply.
All International goes USPS (Postal), unless otherwise requested. Additional fees may apply.
Please allow 5 to 14 days to receive your items. Items with longer deliveries such as custom may take longer. Some items will have special delivery information on the product page.
